At Maintenance Contracts Ltd we have over 25 years experience, we mainly carry out work for customers predominantly using resins in coatings and screeds. We install anti-slip surfaces and we also install anti-slip GRP sheets and platforms. We are also expert in resin line as well as hot-melt line marking/demarcation.
Some of our other services include:
- concrete repairs on floors, walls, and soffits.
- expansion joint repairs.
- re-lay concrete yards and install drainage systems.
- Putting up fencing.
- We also have our own surface preparation equipment such as vacuum shot blasters and diamond grinding equipment and are available to sub-contract for preparation work.
All our work force are employed by us and work to strict safety standards. We have CHAS accreditation.
There are currently 25+ people within the business with offices in Macclesfield and Telford. We carry out work nationwide and always offer a personal service to the highest quality of standards.
