DESCRIPTION

Maintenance Contracts Ltd were asked to install new de-marcation lines for pedestrian traffic throughout their Heywood distribution centre. Previous contractors had been unable to provide a marking system that was durable enough to withstand the sheer volume of forklift traffic. Our system incorporates mechanical preparation in the form of vacuum shot blasting followed by a single thick coating system of Re-Thane which provides the most durable line marking system on the market today.

COMMENTS

On completion of the project Chief Engineer David Hopwood commented, although the finished job looked fantastic, he had reservations how long the lines would last. Subsequently Mr Hopwood has noted his delight in the system since it has stood both the test of time, durability and how effectively it can be cleaned to look like new.
