We carry out bespoke concrete repairs with two systems; epoxy resin mortar or a light weight high-build mortar.
Like most of our applications surface preparation is undertaken beforehand including: diamond grinding cutting, hammer drilling, jet washing and steam cleaning.
Before we start the concrete repair, remedial work may also need to be carried out on any rusty metal reinforcing protruding from the damaged area.
Once the surface has been prepped the concrete repair can be trowelled into place after the surface has been primed.
Epoxy mortar concrete repairs are carried out in a moisture free environment whereas the light weight high-build mortar is water based making it ideal for damp conditions.
The latter is perfect for a concrete repair that needs to be carried out underneath cantilever canopies or bridges due to it’s light weight properties whilst still possessing incredible strength.
