Demarcation Safety Lines, Safety Symbols and Letters

Maintenance Contracts act as the principle contractor for Health and safety demarcation lines in companies such as Argos as well as other major distribution warehouses.
We offer wide range of permanent applications which include pedestrian walkways, grids and boxes for storage areas, forklift traffic lanes, directional safety signs and safety symbols to manage
all forms of movement within the workplace.
After the floor preparation has been completed (diamond grinding/ vacuum shot blasting) grip seal epoxy resin is applied by roller or brush in a one coat system within either a stencil or between two lines of masking tape for the desired application (demarcation lines and walking men symbols for safety walkways, safety symbol instructions for forklift trucks, chevrons for non storage areas etc). We install numbers and letters for pallet bays and identification areas. These are installed using bespoke stencils, they are either put in with a coloured spray and over coated in clear resin, or stencilled in using resin first. Any colour or resin can be used, green often denotes walkways or safe areas, red denotes hazard areas, yellow often denotes pallet areas or walkways and blue often denotes ear protection areas.
We specialise in working unsocial hours such as at night and over the weekend. We understand production areas need to be out of action for as short a time as possible.
