Rochelle In Health needed a "Clean Room" environment, a highly durable dust free floor for their pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging facility in South Wales. They also needed an epoxy resin floor coating in their laboratory.
Solution:
Maintenance Supplies Contracts were given the job of installing a 4mm thick epoxy floor coating. This involved vacuum shot blasting the existing surface to remove the original coating, two coats of "DPM" Damp Proof Membrane epoxy resin primer and a trowelled on layer of 4mm thick epoxy self-levelling resin screed. This resulted in a clean room resin floor. This finish is extremely durable, dust free and easy to clean. There is an anti-static version of the same product if required.
