Solution:
The system comprises of primarily vacuum shot blasting the metal to sa 2.5 (an in-house operation). Apply one coat of Grip-Seal high build epoxy resin then broadcast a silicone carbide aggregate to create the anti-slip profile. (as light or as heavy as required by the customer). Finally a second coat of Grip-Seal to encapsulate the aggregate and provide an extremely durable anti-slip system.
