COMMENTS
On completion of the job, the site contact expressed his extreme satisfaction with both the system and the competence of the Maintenance Contracts operatives. Now the forklift operatives have confidence and reassurance of the enhanced control travelling in and out of the trailers.
If Maintenance Contracts Ltd can assist you in the very near future please don’t hesitate to contact Tom Leigh - Contract Manager for more information.
The system comprises of primarily vacuum shot blasting the metal to sa 2.5 (an in-house operation). One coat of Grip-Seal high build epoxy resin is applied then a silicone carbide aggregate is broadcast (as light or as heavy as required by the customer) to create the anti-slip profile. Finally a second coat of Grip-Seal is added to encapsulate the aggregate and provide an extremely durable anti-slip system.
