Although invariably we are working at great heights we only use polyurethane systems to eliminate the risk of ‘hot works’ whilst you benefit from a far more effective and durable application.
Preparation, remove any loose debris on the roof surface, high pressure jet wash the roof surface and all up stands and open up all flashings, joints, cracks and apply Re-Thane Primer. Inject Re-Thane High-Build to fill all of the above. This is a fibre reinforced flexible polyurethane filler.
Apply Re-Thane Primer over the whole roof surface then apply the first full coat of Re-Thane Liquid Rubber, roll onto the first coat a layer of chopped strand GRP fibre glass sheeting and stipple into the wet first coat of Re-Thane Liquid Rubber. Finally apply the second full coat of Re-Thane Liquid Rubber.
Finally apply the second full coat of Re-Thane Liquid Rubber.
This system is a water proof coating system designed to withstand permanent submergence and is available in a variety of colours. There is a 10, 15, and 20 year system depending on how thick and how many layers of the Re-Thane we apply.
We specialise in working unsocial hours such as over the weekend. We understand production areas need to be out of action for as short a time as possible.
