Epoxy Coatings range from 500 microns to 1mm thick. These can be applied as the top coat to almost any surface, including stone or concrete floor and walls, pump screeds, tarmac, asphalt, wood, and metal.

An Epoxy HB Coating is a high build, solvent free, 100% solids, epoxy resin floor coating material. It is suitable for use where a hard-wearing hygienic floor coating is required such as factory floors, car parks, stair cases and stair wells, kitchens, dairies, factory floors, and garage service bays and industrial line marking.
The anti-slip coat can be incorporated into any resin floor coating using clear aggregate – sealed into the resin, so the floor remains low maintenance. This not only provides slip-resistant features in places exposed to oil residue, but also offers excellent abrasion resistance.
To provide a secure work environment, extra aggregate can be added to the resin being used on step edges and ramps for excellent resistance against heavy foot traffic and increased durability.
For areas where chemical spillage is an operational hazard, chemical resistance on floors is a top priority. Areas like warehouses, garage floors, and pharmaceutical manufacture plants can benefit a lot from chemical-resistant floor coatings. This solvent-free floor coat is perfect for bund lining, plinth coating and floors in chemical works.

WHAT THEY NEEDED The tiled floor surrounding the pool at Waterworld was becoming very dated. As part of the refurbishment project the owner, Secret Millionaire Mo Chaudry wanted a surface that resembled a beach. After producing various samples the system was created.
WHAT WE DID Owing to the tight schedule we vacuum shot blasted the surface on Sunday night and applied the DPM Epoxy Resin, The anti slip screed was installed on Monday morning. And sealed on Monday evening. The resin beach was allowed to cure all day Tuesday and was back in action on Wednesday lunchtime.
