Hygienic and heat resistant. Our ultra-tough Polyurethane floors are a popular choice for food factories and other clean environments.
Polyurethane floors have become the popular choice for the majority of processing and preparation environments throughout the UK. With high heat resistance ( up to 150c) a polyurethane floor screed can easily withstand the rigours of frequent steam cleaning, not to mention the inherent chemical resistance, which allows for strong cleaning and decontamination products to be used without worry. For further added protection – floors can include anti-microbial additives that inhibit the growth of most harmful bacteria.
Whether is a polyurethane resin screed, or simply a top coating, all of our floors carry a tough and durable slip-resistant finish. They can also be corner coved to avoid trapping dust and debris in corners.
Available in many attractive colours and finishes, different preparation areas can be separated by colour to help avoid cross contamination issues and promote visibility of spillages or debris.
Floors should be configured to their environments. All of our Polyurethane floors can be highly ‘tuned’ to meet the specific demands of mechanical wear, cleaning and exposure in your specific environment. Maintenance Contracts LTD will take care of the complete process, from removal of the existing floor right through to the final polish.

WHAT THEY NEEDED The tiled floor surrounding the pool at Waterworld was becoming very dated. As part of the refurbishment project the owner, Secret Millionaire Mo Chaudry wanted a surface that resembled a beach. After producing various samples the system was created.
WHAT WE DID Owing to the tight schedule we vacuum shot blasted the surface on Sunday night and applied the DPM Epoxy Resin, The anti slip screed was installed on Monday morning. And sealed on Monday evening. The resin beach was allowed to cure all day Tuesday and was back in action on Wednesday lunchtime.
