How is it installed?
To install a polished concrete floor, first the original flooring must be prepared. By cleaning any dirt, grease or debris away and repairing any cracks or damage that could prevent a smooth concrete surface. Following this, heavy duty diamond polishing tools are then used to grind down the surface to make sure it is uniform throughout.
A premium surface hardener made up of chemical densifiers is then laid on the concrete. It fills the pores and air pockets in the concrete to make the final surface more durable and fill the surface voids.
Our expert team will then polish the surface using state of the art machinery to remove scratches and dullness and provide a shiny, almost reflective surface.
The result is a durable, polished concrete floor that will meet both practical and aesthetic needs.
