Epoxy resin floor coatings are applied to almost any surface to increase the aesthetic appeal and functional value of your flooring solutions. Maintenance Contracts have a fast curing solution that can be quickly applied as a 2 part coating for industrial flooring.

More than just floor paint

Epoxy coatings range from 500 microns to 1mm thick. These can be applied as the top coat to almost any surface, including stone or bare concrete floor and walls, pump screeds, tarmac, asphalt, wood, and metal.

Epoxy coating is not just floor paint. It is much thicker and tougher than any paint. Epoxy paint adds a layer of hard-wearing protection to industrial and heavy-traffic areas, providing a wide range of advantages such as the epoxy damp proof membrane which make it suitable for different environments.

Epoxy resin floor paint can also be applied to vertical surfaces to achieve a smooth and easy-to-clean surface, from walls to floors and coving. There are seven high-quality, standard colours available, including clear epoxy coating – the perfect choice for a variety of settings. More colours are available on request. It is the perfect way to spruce up your plain concrete garage floor.

Our epoxy floor coatings

An Epoxy HB Coating is a high build, solvent free, 100% solids, epoxy floor coating material. It is suitable for use where a hard-wearing, hygienic floor coating is required such as factory floors, car parks, stair cases and stair wells, kitchens, dairies, and garage service bays. Epoxy coatings are also great for industrial line marking.

The anti-slip coat can be incorporated into any resin floor coating using clear aggregate – sealed into the resin, so that the floor remains low maintenance. This not only provides slip-resistant features in places exposed to oil residue, but also offers excellent abrasion resistance.

To maintain a secure work environment, extra aggregate can be added to the resin being used for step edges and ramps to offer excellent resistance against heavy foot traffic and increased durability.

For areas where chemical spillage is an operational hazard, chemical resistance in your flooring is a priority. Areas like warehouses, garage floors, and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants can benefit a lot from chemically resistant floor coatings. Solvent-free floor coating is perfect for bund lining, plinth coating and floors in chemical works.

Use Grip Seal CR, which comes in many colours, for an anti-slip, chemical resistant epoxy resin coating that is attractive, long-lasting and simple to clean.

Turn a drab room into something spectacular. Quartz and granite effect (known as granite flake) creates decorative finishes made by acrylic flakes sprinkled onto the coloured resin, turning any floor into a design statement.
