West Yorks Joint Case Study
What they needed
After 20 years of wear and tear the floor areas in the warehouse and archives department of a Yorkshire Government establishment were in desperate need of attention. There were holes and cracks and the surface was creating a lot of dust up.
What we did
Maintenance Supplies Contracts vacuum shot blasted the floor and exposed all the holes and cracks. These were repaired with an epoxy mortar, Res-Fix, after this some areas had two coats of high build epoxy resin Grip-Seal HB on them and other areas had the thicker 2mm to 3mm self levelling epoxy screed, Grip-Seal SL. This as a project of several hundred square meters in tight thin aisle ways as well as open areas.
