We repair expansion joints, removing safety hazards and preserving your flooring.
Line marking, otherwise referred to as demarcation, is the process of painting lines on flooring to alert of potential hazards or boundaries. We provide markings for a range of applications including pedestrian walkways, grids, forklift traffic lanes and directional signs and safety symbols.
There are many business needs that can benefit from line marking. In many industries, such as construction, industrial, warehouse, food preparation areas, there is a case for ensuring that demarcation lines are there to ensure safety.
Our fast-drying safety lines system is unique in the UK, giving you demarcation lines that are cured in just two hours. This is a huge improvement on traditional options that take between 18 and 24 hours to cure, or are quick-cure and release fumes that taint food, making them impractical when you can’t afford more than a short downtime or are working in a food factory or catering environment.
In addition, our product cures down to zero degrees, making it especially useful for chillier rooms and cold storage areas. We also have a UV Light curing line marking system that enables the surface to be walked on immediately.
We install external lines on tarmac and concrete with either Thermo-Plastic or Resin MMA. We prepare the surface with either a water ‘Hydro-Blast machine’, a mechanical abrading machine or by burning off the remains of the previous lines. Once applied the surface can be trafficked within 20 minutes keeping the down-time to a minimum.
We apply the resin by roller or brush within either a stencil or between two lines of masking tape; alternatively we paint the symbol using the stencil then overcoat with clear resin.
We have a range of standard symbols available and can make bespoke stencils to cover whatever you need.

Our hot melt line system provides line markings that set almost instantly to minimise any interruption to vehicle movement.
We mark parking bays, walkways, lines, directional instructions – anything else that needs marking. Yellow, red and white are the most popular colours, but you can choose whatever colour best suits your purpose.
First, we burn off or blacken any old lines. Then, we apply a special primer to enhance durability and make sure the hot melt lines stick to the concrete.
Once that’s down, we apply the hot melt using hand operated equipment. We have a wide range of stencils and can get bespoke ones made for any new requirements. Our experienced line markers can lay up to 3,000m in a day, weather permitting.
