High performing fast drying cementitious polymer screeds that provide an ultra-durable wearing floor finish. Large area can be installed in a very short time period.
Industrial Pumped Screeds are a great option for resurfacing and repairing old or damaged industrial flooring as it’s very strong and also quick to lay – minimise time area is out of action. It is the only way to get completely level surface from 2mm to 50mm thick. It can be a wearing surface or can be topped by a resin coating for a hygienic and attractive floor surface.
Not to be confused with concrete screed– up to twice as strong, non -dusting. Range of strengths, from light commercial to go under carpet through to high strength industrial wearing surface suitable for forklifts and heavy machinery. Very, very tough – what you need when you have heavy machinery.
Sets in under 2 hours, if you choose strongest can drive a forklift on it in 4 hours
Fine powder is poured into a machine, mixed into a thin liquid (screed) and pumped out through a tube. The screed is then spread and brushed across the floor manually. Using screws and a laser line, our team of professional screeders can level the surface to within 1/2mm.
For most jobs we use Weber screed, which we have found to be the best. It performs consistently and always sets properly, so you don’t risk unexpected delays.
Unfortunately we can only provide our services to commercial premises

WHAT THEY NEEDED
The tiled floor surrounding the pool at Waterworld was becoming very dated. As part of the refurbishment project the owner, Secret Millionaire Mo Chaudry wanted a surface that resembled a beach. After producing various samples the system was created.
WHAT WE DID
Owing to the tight schedule we vacuum shot blasted the surface on Sunday night and applied the DPM Epoxy Resin, The anti slip screed was installed on Monday morning. And sealed on Monday evening. The resin beach was allowed to cure all day Tuesday and was back in action on Wednesday lunchtime.
