What they needed
Our client needed a large area of anti-slip flooring installed in their engineering factory, durable enough to withstand pallet truck traffic. They also needed the floor to remain anti-slip even when oily, a surface that could be cleaned and chemical resistant to the liquids on site.
What we did
To achieve this, we first used our anti-dust vacuum shot blasting machine, to prepare the surface and to get a key. We then applied a multi-layered resin and quartz aggregate system which ended up being approx. 4mm thick. It was necessary this anti-slip flooring system in different areas over several visits, to allow for the continuity of work.
The client were happy that we were able to achieve all their requirements, offering a flexible approach to installation, which allowed them to make the necessary improvements, with minimal disruption.
